APQC surveyed more than 300 professionals in charge of their organizations’ moving content and collaboration to cloud-based KM. They indicated the following reasons:

  • 51% — supply access from anywhere on any device
  • 33% — reduce costs
  • 33% — improve information visibility and sharing
  • 31% — be flexible to add storage, apps, and features as needed
  • 25% — provide better real-time collaboration capabilities
