Edith’s vision and passion are to serve owners and managers in service organizations with 500 or fewer employees by providing consulting, coaching, and training. She teaches them how to design and implement a process to capture, share, use, and manage organizational content and information (knowledge) so that their organizations improve overall performance and productivity.
For Edith, working with her clients is like solving a mystery because she enjoys:
Edith is a certified performance technologist (CPT), a designation awarded by the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) to experienced practitioners in the field of organizational performance improvement.
To apply, a practitioner submits client testimony and documented evidence (reviewed by qualified peers) to demonstrate the expert application of ISPI’s Standards of Performance and Code of Conduct.
The CPT designation reassures clients that Edith uses proven methodology to improve productivity and performance within their businesses. It validates she systematically and systemically identifies and removes barriers to individual performance and organizational productivity.
Edith received her Ph.D. from Capella University (MN) in education with the specialization of training and performance improvement.
